The All-Ukrainian Farmers’ Congress (VFC) invites you to take part in a round table on the topic: “Issues of farm enterprises in conditions of war: fortifications and property rights”, which will take place on October 15 at 14:00 in online mode.

The discussion will involve representatives of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, the Committee on Agrarian Policy, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the State Geocadastre, the State Tax Service, experts in legal and accounting matters, as well as managers of agricultural enterprises (farm enterprises, small farmers, LLCs, individual entrepreneurs, etc.).
The event program includes the discussion of a number of important issues:
– Placement of fortifications on the lands of farm enterprises: consequences and impact on economic activities;
– Problematic aspects of formation and implementation of the accumulated capital of farm enterprises with land assets of their founder and members;
– Other relevant issues.
