“NIBULON” has expanded its machinery fleet with a new anchor seeder BEDNAR GIRONA GN9000 with a working width of 9 meters. This is the world’s first seeder of this size. This acquisition is aimed at increasing the efficiency of using the multifunctional BENDAR COMBO-SYSTEM hoppers, which have been operating in the company alongside BENDAR TERRALAND deep rippers for several years.

The BEDNAR GIRONA GN seeder is a modern solution for farms seeking maximum efficiency under limited moisture conditions. Thanks to the anchor tines that penetrate compacted soil horizons, the unit ensures excellent seed contact with moisture while preserving soil structure.
This is particularly important for sowing crops such as soybeans, rapeseed, wheat, and other grain legumes. The anchor seeder is used in challenging conditions and this technology has gained significant popularity in Ukraine.
In the spring of this year, on “NIBULON’s” fields, the GIRONA GN 9000 will be used for soybean planting with a 25 cm row spacing. The aggregation with the two-chamber BENDAR COMBO-SYSTEM hopper of 5000 liters allows simultaneous application of fertilizers during planting. These hoppers are also used in the fall with BENDAR TERRALAND deep rippers, enhancing their economic efficiency and versatility.
Key features of this seeder at “NIBULON” include:
– Working width of 9 m for high productivity;
– 25 cm row spacing for soybean planting;
– Adaptability to field conditions – effective operation even on uneven terrain;
– Hydraulic depth adjustment for sowing;
– Accurate terrain copying – parallelogram of sowing tines;
– Reliable construction with minimal maintenance;
– Possibility of aggregation with front or trailed hopper (e.g., two-chamber COMBO-SYSTEM hopper), allowing simultaneous fertilization and sowing.
“We needed equipment that works in moisture-deficient conditions, has a 9-meter working width, and allows sowing and fertilizing in one pass. BEDNAR listened to us – and the result was the GIRONA GN9000. Using different types of equipment with BEDNAR hoppers allows us to perform various agricultural tasks with fewer machines, thus optimizing costs and being more economically efficient,” says Andriy Khmyzenko, Head of the Engineering and Service Department at “NIBULON.”
