According to experts’ estimates, in 2025 the harvest of grains and oilseeds amounted to 80 million tons.

Forecasts for the main grain and legume crops harvest in 2026:
– wheat – 22.8 million tons (22.5 million tons in 2025);
– barley – 5.2 million tons (4.9 million tons);
– corn – 32.1 million tons (31.1 million tons).
“Expectations for this year’s corn harvest are good due to the favorable weather conditions so far,” the specialists noted.
Forecasts for the oilseed crops harvest in 2026:
– sunflower – 13.3 million tons (11.1 million tons), traditionally almost all sunflower will be processed in Ukraine – 13.5 million tons;
– rapeseed – 3.4 million tons (3.2 million tons);
– soybeans – 4.9 million tons (5 million tons).
