The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) assistance plan for Ukrainian farmers is designed for 2025-2026 and aims to help over 500,000 vulnerable people. After the affected farmers resume their work, they will contribute to ensuring the country’s food security.
The UN organization plans to provide agri-resources to the most vulnerable rural families and small farmers affected by the war. Additionally, the plan includes clearing agricultural lands from explosive remnants.
It also includes long-term early recovery measures, such as supporting production capacity, market access, and providing technical assistance.
