Since June 2, 2026, the State Agrarian Register (SAR) has started accepting applications from farms for financial support for the development of production and diversification of activities. Farmers will be able to receive up to 1 million hryvnias of interest-free credit for a period of up to 5 years with the provision of fulfilling obligations to return budget funds, as reported by agronews.ua.

Farms, including family farms without legal entity status, registered in the State Agrarian Register, can participate in the program. Among the mandatory conditions are the absence of tax arrears, bankruptcy procedures, sanctions, and conducting activities in temporarily occupied territories.
“Farms can use the funds received to purchase machinery and equipment, purchase livestock, construction and reconstruction of production facilities, planting perennial crops, developing cooperation, irrigation and land reclamation, as well as other directions related to production development,” said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Denis Bashlyk.
The acceptance of applications will continue until July 2, 2026.
After the completion of the application process, the commission of the Ukrderzhfond will review the documents of the applicants for funding and determine the winners of the competition. Farms will be notified through SAR about the results of the review, and Ukrderzhfond will enter into agreements with the winners for financial support.
