A third-generation cheesemaker and founder of the “Honest Cheese” company, Ostap Senchyna from Lviv region, successfully modernized his cheese factory. He combined authentic Carpathian recipes with modern technologies. Thanks to the support of the AGRO Program and the Outsourcing Center U-Food Association, the enterprise increased production stability and saved significant costs. The cheese factory was featured in the Agricultural and Rural Development Program – AGRO.

A critical element for the cheese factory is the cooling systems, on which the quality and safety of dairy products directly depend. To modernize these systems, Ostap Senchyna turned to the Outsourcing Center U-Food Association for help.

Ostap Senchyna’s journey began with home experiments and small batches of cheese. Later, the hobby grew into a full-fledged business: a specialized premises appeared, professional equipment, and ambitions to expand production.
